Reservations and Client Conduct

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
  • Clients with nail conditions or health concerns that may pose a risk during treatment must inform our staff prior to service. We may refuse service if we suspect potential harm.
  • Diabetic clients: Please notify our technicians for specialized care. Cutting services are not permitted.
  • Rude, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

Cleanliness and Safety

  • In alignment with our commitment to hygiene, all tools and equipment are thoroughly sterilized and sanitized after each use.
  • We maintain a clean and safe environment for all clients and staff.

Facility

  • Please supervise your children at all times. Our salon is not child-proof, and we are not responsible for any accidents or injuries.

Drinks and Beverages

  • Complimentary non-alcoholic beverages are available for all clients.
  • Alcoholic beverages are available only to clients aged 21 and older, with valid ID required. For safety, we do not serve alcohol after 6:00 p.m.
  • We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service at our discretion.

Gift Certificates

  • Gift certificates are non-refundable and valid for services only.
  • Certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
  • Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash or other certificates.

Payment

  • We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We do not personal check.
  • All payments must be completed at the time of service.

Prices

  • All technicians are independent contractors. Elodie Nail Lounge is not responsible for individual pricing or charges.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Additional charges may apply for intricate designs, French tips, or special requests.
  • Please refer to our service menu for the most up-to-date pricing.

Returns and Refunds

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on services or gift certificates.
  • Complimentary fixes are available if reported within 24 hours and a redo is scheduled within 7 days.
  • No refunds or credits will be issued for a change of mind. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please inform us immediately during your visit so we can address your concerns.
  • By leaving the salon, you acknowledge acceptance of the service provided.
